Your kids need yoga just as much as you do! Yoga is a great physical and mental booster for children of all ages - toddlers, tweens and teens. Regular practice can improve their focus, self esteem, and can reduce anxiety. It gives them a sense of awareness about their body, and increases their emotional resilience over time.

We design classes keeping specific age groups in mind, making sure that the sessions are fun and engaging. This is done through games and activities, story telling, props, and other creative ways to translate traditional yogic practices. We cover asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation.

Classes are held at Balkan-ji-bari in Santacruz West.
